How can I change or cancel my orders?


Please contact us at contact@houseofdriedflowers.store or send us a DM on our Facebook @houseofdriedflowersllc or Instagram @houseofdriedflowers as soon as possible if you would like to cancel or change your order. We won't be able to make changes if we have processed your order
and the courier has picked up your parcel.

When will my order be shipped?


Please allow 1 - 3 business days for your order to be processed. Once processed we'll send you tracking details notifying you that your order has shipped. 

 

For our Abu Dhabi clients, we are following all health and safety protocols from the local authorities. Please be patient with us for any delays that this Covid-19 pandemic may cause.

We are not perfect.


We want you to love what you buy from us, but we get it - sometimes it just doesn’t work out. Whether you didn’t like it, or it didn’t work as expected, we’ll try to make it right.


All of our flower designs are handmade to order and delicate so regretfully we do not accept any returns. However for other items, in order to be eligible for a refund, you have to return the product within 24 hours of your purchase. The product must be in the same condition that you receive it

and undamaged in any way.


After we receive your item, our team of professionals will inspect it and process your refund. The money will be refunded to the original payment method you’ve used during the purchase. For credit card payments it may take 7 to 14 business days for a refund to show up on your credit card
statement.


If the product is damaged in any way, or you have initiated the return after 24 hours have passed, you will not be eligible for a refund.
